the archigram archival project

The Archigram Archival Project makes the work of the seminal architectural group Archigram available free online for public viewing and academic study. The project was run by EXP, an architectural research group at the University of Westminster. It was funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council and made possible by the members of Archigram and their heirs, who retain copyright of all images.

Apart from the historic interest and the archival value of the collective architectural input of the the Archigram this site contains an object lesson for those don't know how to use a set square or have never heard of an adjustable set square. or for that matter how to sharpen a pencil properly....... and call themselves "students of architecture" (no, I didn't mean 'architecture students' though some of them also may fall in to this category quite easily)  etc.....

Design
“That’s not what we think design is. It’s not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works” – Steve jobs
Steve jobs was a cofounders and head of Apple Computers

Culture and Design are two issues that we have to deal with, some times on a daily basis when  teaching architecture in Sri Lanka (for that matter may be i other countries as well).
